Evolution. JSP
Land Development has evolved from a one employee office
offering site design, traffic engineering and permitting
services to a ten employee (and growing) diverse company.
Our services expanded as the needs of
our clients expanded. The JSP Canopy Division was formed
as a direct result of our desire to offer our clients
better pricing, better quality and better scheduling
than currently provided by the industry. In 2004, JSP
Land Development purchased a painting company in direct
response to the industry's insistence on top quality
painting of their forecourts, buildings and canopies.
Attitude. A
very important quality at JSP Land Development is attitude.
We surround ourselves with employees, subcontractors
and vendors that are not only skilled but also trustworthy,
dependable, accountable and pleasant. We feel these qualities are necessary for
maintaining a positive "CAN DO" team attitude.
Location/Coverage. Our
Westfield, Massachusetts location is central to the
New England/New York market allowing the ability to
offer our clients quality services in a timely manner.
In any given week you could see JSP Land Development
crews in Cape Cod, Rutland VT, or New Haven CT.
